For orders to the rest of Europe:

  • Orders are dispatched within 0–3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Please note: Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. The customer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country.

For orders to the rest of the world:

  • Orders are dispatched within 0–3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

For Pre-orders:

  • Pre-orders are dispatched 3–7 business days from the store closing date, which is usually one week after the store opens. 

  • Depending the items and the quantity the production time of the pre orders can variety between 2-6 weeks

  • Delivery times once pre-orders are received and checked:

    • UK: 3–5 business days

    • Europe: 5–7 business days

    • Rest of the world: 5–14 business days
