However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product. This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • We only accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at wrldprophecy@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Our customer support team will provide you with an address to send the item(s) back.


Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Wrldprophecy.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.

  • We are not responsible for any lost items (s) during the delivery of products back to us.


Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the receipt of the returned item.

  • There are no refunds for pre-order items

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • The refunded amount will exclude any original shipping charges incurred during the purchase.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider/bank.


Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and specify the desired exchange item in your email.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at wrldprophecy@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • We may request photos or additional information to assist with the resolution process.

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item, and a replacement will be sent to you free of charge.


Wrldprophecy reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or are received after the specified return period.
