Refunds & Returns

ALL purchases and sales are final. No returns or changes of sizing after shipment is made. If you receive the wrong size or wrong product from your order, we are more than happy to help you. 

WRLD PROPHECY is not responsible for any lost, unclaimed or damaged packages from Evri or Royal Mail, we recommend contacting them for information on your items once its in their hands.

Can I exchange/cancel my order?

If you would like to exchange or refund an item you have received contact us via email wrldprophecy@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

You must wait for a return address to be sent to you via email as the address for exchanges/returns are different.

We are not liable for any items sent to the wrong return address/ an address not stated to you via email.

Please note that exchanges can only be processed with like for like items. In addition, any items that have been worn, used, washed/ not in its original state and or not in the original packaging with the original contents and tags will not be considered. Giveback orders/sale items cannot be refunded and may only be exchanged for the right size.
